Jack Horan captained the Reserves premiership side in [[2007 Reserves Premiership|2007]]. In 2010 he was Reserves Coach and Midfield Coach under the Senior Coach [[Mark Mickan]].

He then went on to be playing coach at Sacred Heart Old Collegians in 2011 and 2012 in the SAAFL in Division 1. In 2014, Mark Mickan was appointed as the West Adelaide Coach and Horan took on an Assistant role in the midfield. Highlights at West Adelaide for Horan were the 2015 League Premiership and being part of the coaching panel for the SA State Team.

Jack Horan captained the Reserves premiership side in 2007. In 2010 he was Reserves Coach and Midfield Coach under the Senior Coach Mark Mickan.
