Career
Simon Hele played 4 State games for South Australia and captained Glenelg in 2001.
A skilful, speedy wingman who kept on fighting back from injury, Simon broke his collarbone twice and dislocated his shoulder four times but refused to believe he would never pull on a black and yellow guernsey again.
Showing consistency as a trademark Simon was runner up in the clubs best and fairest on three occasions and third on three other occasions.
