Ecky - no idea why he is listed under 16.

Correct procedure, as much as we have one, is what you did - to post it as a question in the Talk page. Once established that there is no valid reason for him to be listed here, then you would usually go on to the next step and shift his name to the correct number (ie 22).

As for referencing everything ... fine idea in principle but not sure it is realistic to expect from editors it for everything. I suggest that where possible items should be referenced, but for items like guernsey numbers it will probably only happen when people query a number. Ranga (the slightly more expansive fellow-editor)
