Darcy Bailey, a small forward, came to the Bays in the footsteps of his father, Dean, who played with Glenelg in the 1990's.

Initially finding it hard to break into the League side, Darcy spent time with the first Adelaide SANFL development side, playing 1 game for them in 2014 before being recalled by Glenelg and playing the majority of the season at the Bay. A full ankle reconstruction in 2016 following a trial game injury saw him miss a full season. After a long recovery Bailey resumed in the League side in 2018, becoming a key contributor under coach Mark Stone, and playing in the winning 2019 premiership.

Darcy is the son of Dean Bailey.
