Pudgey. Question. With this new Players Category, shouldn't the players appear under the letters of their Surname not their first name as that's what they're sorted on, on the main Players page? :LOL that's why we are in "test" phase! Yes you're correct and there must be a way to force the sort by surname. I was only doing enough of the Categories to see if they could/should replace the index pages, or whether we need both. I will add sorting to the list of things to research (my head is still sore from trying to research templates). | + | ::Just in case anyone looks in here about sorting of Categories, the answer is that the Wiki sorts based on the first character after the divider "|", so that to sort on Surname you need to used the format "Surname, Christian name" | ||

- LOL that's why we are in "test" phase! Yes you're correct and there must be a way to force the sort by surname. I was only doing enough of the Categories to see if they could/should replace the index pages, or whether we need both.
