Why is he the leading goalkicker for 1963?

Glenelg's Honour Board lists the 1963 leading goal kicker as "R D Rowe" with 43 goals.

Kevin Rowe played 1961 to 1969. He kicked over 100 goals for the club, including a 10 goal game in 1963.

The only other Rowe to play for Glenelg is Ron Rowe, who did not debut until 1964, and only kicked a total of 30 goals.

I have no idea what the "RD" part of the name on the Honour Board is about as Kevin is the name used everywhere else that I can find for 1963. Hence I have listed Kevin as the leading goalkicker for 1963 as he seems the only candidate.
