Biographical
CareerFrom Mundulla in the South East, Hinge broke into SANFL league side Glenelg late in the season of 2005 after some impressive reserves form. The reward for his efforts was to be elevated from the Crows rookie list to the senior list at the end of the season. He is capable of playing on the half back line or through the midfield. He was recruited to Glenelg from Mundulla via Sacred Heart College. Hinge played his only AFL game on 5 May 2007 against Collingwood. Named on the bench, he performed solidly, but limped off the ground after a hamstring injury. Hinge was delisted from the Crows squad at the end of the 2007 season after playing just 1 AFL game. He joins Clayton Lamb as just the second player to play 1 game for Adelaide. John Hinge played 75 SANFL League Games with Glenelg and a desire to see more midfield time he moved to the Sturt Football Club for Season 2010. Reference |
