Differentiation
The convention used is to list by surname, but use the first and last names to identify the person (and hence the name of their article/page). Only where two people have the same first and last name would we use their middle initial/name.
Where it is otherwise impossible to separate two people - eg "John Bullock" we can use whatever seems the most appropriate way to identify which person is intended. In the case of the Bullocks we use the year(s) in which they played for the Club.
If there is a question about how to differentiate two people then put details in the Discussion page.
