Goals?
He only played one season at Glenelg - 1984.
Wherever I look he is said to have kicked 62 goals in 17 games.
The 1984 leading goalkicker in club records (ie Honour Board) is Stephen Kernahan with 56 goals. Interestingly that is exactly the same total he kicked the year before, 1983.
So - should it have been Nichols or were some of Nichols' goals kicked in some competition that didn't count for leading goalkicker, but were recorded anyway?
