Career

Gregson was drafted with pick 47 in the 2014 AFL Draft, and made his debut in the first round of the 2015 AFL season against Hawthorn. He was nominated for the 2015 AFL Rising Star award and played 20 games that season.

Gregson only managed 19 further games for Geelong due to ongoing injuries. He was delisted at the end of the 2018 season after a long battle with his fitness and getting his injured foot back to full health.

In 2019 he returned to the Bays, determined to get his football career back on track. He played 18 of the 21 games that season, playing in attack and the midfield, and was part of the premiership winning side.

Gregson took the SANFL Mark of the Year in Round 9 2019 against North Adelaide.
